Shijia Chen


Having come to the United States to study at the Arts Students League in 1980, artist Shi-Jia Chen is a sculptor, master stone carver and teacher.
Shi-Jia Chen, established B&H (Brain&Hand) Art in Architecture, in 1990 his is dedicated to the preservation, conservation, and restoration of exteriors and of New York City’s historical structures and landmarks. His recent publication “Restoring New York” published in China is a history of Chen’s experience restoring New York’s most historical landmark structures.
